Monday night yoga, beginning September 13th running for 1 hour: 6:30 until 7:30pm
Gentle Yoga is a classical form of Hatha Yoga that creates an atmosphere of safety and comfort that fosters self-acceptance and self-love. Together we will explore some of the many aspects of Yoga, including different breathing exercises, Postures, and some relaxation techniques that will aid you in your everyday life. If you are new to Yoga or looking to relax and refresh this is the class for you.
Cost: $30 pre paid for 6 weeks
