Aerobics at the Ardoise Hall

Aerobics classes will be held on Monday and Tuesday evenings through the autumn of 2011.

The Monday class will be a mix of cardio & resistance work, to boost calorie & fat burning. The instructor will provide hand-weights however, if you have a set or two of 3-10lb hand-weights you want to bring, plus a mat, that would be perfect.
The class will finish with ab work & floor work.

The Tuesday class is a light Bootcamp Style class, which will combine cardio & bodyweight excercises for efficient toning & calorie burning. No hand-weights are necessary however, a mat would be good.
(the Hall has extra mats in case folks don't have any). This class will also finish with ab & floor work.

People can expect to get sweaty, have fun, and not get stressed out about fancy 'moves' or anything. It will be easy to follow, all fitness levels are welcomed, and modifications will be offered.
Participants need to register prior to class for health & insurance reasons, paperwork takes 3 minutes to fill out. You also need to bring a water bottle and, wear comfortable, supportive excercise clothing.

Classes start at 6:30 sharp, Monday & Tuesday evenings, running for approximately 60 mins.
