Welcome to the Ardoise Community Recreation Centres online webpage. Please visit our Special Events section below often as we’re always hosting events and special fundraisers for the community and the hall. Since the hall was built back in 1978; we celebrated our 35th year of operation in 2013. The Ardoise Hall has been the hub of activity in the community with fitness programs, musical entertainment, craft fairs, community festivals, community suppers, special fundraising events, and much more. There is always something going on for the community to take part in. On a weekly basis, we have many fitness programs happening at the hall along with our monthly pre-teen dances and our ever popular fundraiser; Bingo.

The Ardoise Community Hall has a long and rich history within our community and proudly serves Ardoise, Greenhill, Woodville, and welcomes our neighbours from all surrounding communities in Hants County and beyond. Over the years, the hall has received many upgrades to stay modern in our ever changing environment. Like all community halls, we rely on community support to keep the doors open and the Ardoise Community has always supported the hall since its beginnings; with many more years to come. Thank you Ardoise for your continued support!

Did you know? The Ardoise Hall can be privately rented by community members. Please visit our section on our webpage titled “Rent the Hall” on the left. Our rental coordinator is Cory Mooney and she will handle all your rental needs. Cory can be reached at (902) 757- 0474.

Thank you for taking some time in viewing our webpage. Hopefully we’ll see-you at one of our events listed below. If you have any questions regarding any event happening at the hall or just have a question, please give us a call at (902) 757-3217.
